Service requests

When you submit a service request, we email our service team the name, phone number, ZIP code, selected service, the page address, and the email address and message if you provide them. A selected service offer is included when it applies. Delivery goes through Cloudflare and Resend. If you include an email address, it is used as the Reply-To address. Submitting the form asks us to contact you. It does not by itself confirm an appointment. You can also request service by phone.

Browser storage

The website uses browser storage to remember dialog dismissal and navigation state. You can clear this through your browser settings. Advertising cookies and analytics software are not loaded.

Call-button notifications

When you click a telephone link, we send our service team the website name, page address, business number and time through Cloudflare and Resend. This records an intention to call; it does not establish that a call connected. Your caller phone number and the contents of a service form are not included in this click notification. A temporary hashed network identifier helps prevent repeated or automated requests, and browser storage suppresses immediate duplicate clicks.
