Keep the design package and order together
Choose the panel configuration, glass, finish and visible accessories before confirming the order. Where multiple garage openings appear on the same elevation, show the complete arrangement. A specification that identifies each opening prevents a single sample picture from being mistaken for the complete project.
Use the Gulf Stream jurisdiction
Gulf Stream’s permit guidance directs building and inspection services through Highland Beach while retaining Town zoning authority. The applicable documents should identify the correct property and Gulf Stream project. Ask who handles any requested changes and whether they affect the product already selected.
Your questions
Can a Highland Beach application be used without selecting Gulf Stream?
Follow the Town’s published jurisdiction instructions for the shared system. The service arrangement does not change where the property is located.
Does one product sample settle all of the door choices?
No. Confirm dimensions, layout, glass and construction for every opening as well as the finish represented by the sample.
