If two doors share a driveway, label which one stopped working and keep their invoices apart. Their spring arrangements may differ even when the exterior looks alike. Explain the current door position and any blocked vehicle without trying to lift or support the assembly yourself.
Keep the repair and completion record together
Have the invoice identify the serviced opening, components and checks performed.
